I have had the pleasure of working with Fox Inspections three times in the last 2 months as my husband and I searched for a home. After looking through other groups reports compared to Fox, it was an easy choice to pick them. The easy to read reports and extreme attention to detail were far superior to other reports. Not only did we feel each time that we had a really clear sense of what the current status was on a home, but also a list of all the little things we would want to work on over time to make it perfect. Their inspections the first 2 times uncovered serious hidden issues that saved us from buying a money pit. This last inspection Josh took the time to even map out and explain some funny air circulation controller system functions for me. Josh was phenomenal - after meticulously inspecting our new build, he patiently and thoroughly explained each item/potential issue. Photos, drone usage, and thermal imaging were all included in the process which was an additional level of reassurance. Turn around time was less than 12 hours.

He answered all of our questions, recorded detail notes, and even brought snacks! Additionally, considering current (COVID19) circumstances, all CDC protocols were followed, ie/masks, distancing etc. You can tell Josh enjoys his job and this made us all the more confident in our home. I contacted Fox to do a home inspection on a house I bought. The office staff was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled as soon as possible. Josh B. was the inspector who evaluated the house and he did a really good thorough job. Fox is not the cheapest, but for such a large investment, I think it’s worth paying for a quality report with a fast turnaround and some assurances that they maintain a good quality of work. Josh walked me through the things he had seen and was able to discuss how critical these items may be, how easy they would be to repair, etc. This is the third time i’ve used Fox, twice for a home inspection and once for a mold spore test.
