He is concerned with safety, which was important to us and walked through each room and provided thorough explanations and recommendations. He is very fair and commented on good and bad observations. Termite: Byron was good as well, provided areas of erosion and solutions. Jesse who answers the main Fox line is fantastic. Very clear communication and responsive and will correct any issues you might have promptly. --Wasn't not present with Shawn ( HVAC) and Ryan (sewer scope) but did get into contact and they provided feedback and reports. I called several days in advance but was having trouble getting my inspection done on the short timeline that we needed. Fox Inspection Group scheduled an appointment for me early in the morning on a holiday so that we were able to get it done. Setting up, confirming, and paying for the appointment were all easy. He hung out of windows to take pictures of our stucco walls and flew a drone to get pictures of the roof. We learned so much about our house as we went through the inspection report with Jared.
